CANCELLATION POLICIES AND NO SHOW

Requests for cancellations must be sent in writing to RESERVAS@BUZIOSELPARADOR.COM.BR   or by telephone (22) 2623-0840

Cancellations will be charged as shown in the table below:

LOW SEASON (May 02nd to December 14):

Reservations canceled the same month as requested: No charge

* Reservations canceled in months after the reservation request, will be charged an administrative fee of 15%

Cancellations requested less than 15 days in advance: Total reservation

 

HIGH SEASON (December 15 to May 1st):

Reservations canceled the same month as requested: No charge

* Reservations canceled in months after the reservation request, will be charged an administrative fee of 15%

Cancellations requested less than 30 days in advance: Total reservation

 

SPECIAL PACKAGES, NATIONAL, STATE AND PROLONGED HOLIDAYS

REVEILLON, CARNIVAL, HOLY WEEK AND OTHERS:

Reservations canceled the same month as requested: 50% of the total reservation

Cancellations requested up to 30 days in advance: Total of the reservation

 

EARLY DEPARTURE:

In case of early departure, in any reservation, whether of package or not, will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

LETTER OF CREDIT:

It is at the discretion of the Pousada, whether or not to give a daily letter of credit, to be used in a future period stipulated in each situation.

REPLACEMENT:

The user may arrange for its replacement by another passenger, under the same conditions, on the same date.

NO SHOW:

No Show is considered when the guest does not arrive on the booked date of entry. The apartment will be available for 24 hours. After this period we will consider the reservation canceled and we will have the same procedure of our cancellation policy without devolution of the deposited amount.

GUESTS WITH PETS

It is allowed to stay with the guests in the apartments, animals that are accustomed to this type of conviviality.

You will be charged a value of up to 15% of the total value of the package. We admit up to 1 small dog (5k) per room.

Please do not leave your pet alone in the apartment if he makes a noise so that other guests do not feel bothered.

The animal can not disturb the normal functioning of the inn.

Pets are not allowed inside the breakfast / restaurant lounge areas and pool and leisure areas.

In the apartment is not allowed the use of bedding and bath.

The guest is requested to give notice to the maids about the animal to clean the apartment.

Our hostel is not responsible for damages caused by the animal both in the apartment and in other dependencies of the hotel, and these damages must be reimbursed by the owner of the animal.

The presentation of the animal’s vaccination card is required if requested.

In case of coming other types of animals or birds, or in case of any doubt, please inform in advance the reception / reservation department.

PAYMENT AND RESERVATION CONDITIONS

For the reservation to be confirmed, it will be necessary to pay 50% of the cost of your stay, with a bank deposit at Bradesco or by paying the total amount of the Package up to 3x without interest in Visa, American Express or Mastercard.

You can also pay the initial 50% with Visa, American Express or Mastercard, the remaining 50% will be paid at the hostel at the time of check in.
